Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new customers and channel partners for solar product sales.

• Conduct field visits to retail shops, customers, and solar installation sites.

• Explain product features, pricing, and financing options to potential buyers.

• Drive solar product sales through direct and partner channels.

• Meet monthly sales targets and report daily activity to the sales manager.

• Collect customer documents and assist in loan application processing.

• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end-users.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

• 1–2 years of field sales experience in solar products, consumer durables, or financial products (preferred).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.

• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
