Identify and visit ongoing construction sites to find potential architects and interior designers
Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, and site engineers to understand their project needs
Conduct on-site meetings to introduce MO Designs’ services and product offerings
Gather project details and generate qualified leads for the Business Development team
Maintain daily reports of site visits, meetings, and lead status
Coordinate with the BDM to ensure timely follow-ups and closures
Act as the first point of contact between MO Designs and new project sites
Ensure proper documentation and handover of lead data through CRM or internal reporting systems
Maintain professionalism and a presentable appearance while representing the company on-site
Use the company-provided bike for field visits (fuel/allowance as per company policy)
