Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive with prior experience in FMCG, Pharma, Cosmetics, or Colour Bar industries. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of relevant field sales experience and thorough knowledge of the North Delhi region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets in assigned territory

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists

• Regular field visits to monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Ensure product availability and visibility across retail counters

• Submit daily sales reports and coordinate with internal teams

• Conduct promotional activities and product demonstrations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in FMCG / Pharma / Cosmetics / Colour Bar industries

• Strong geographical knowledge of North Delhi market

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage field work efficiently

Note: T.A. & D.A. will be provided as per company policy.
