Field Sales Executive

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Offline Marketing & Field Sales to drive brand awareness and sales through traditional marketing channels and direct, in-person customer engagement. This role blends strategic offline marketing with active field sales to support growth in target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Offline Marketing:

• Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors for promotional materials

• Organize and represent the brand at local events

• Distribute marketing collateral and ensure brand visibility in high-footfall areas.

Field Sales:

• Identify and approach potential customers in targeted locations (retail stores, residential areas, business zones).

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain value propositions to convert leads into sales.

• Collect customer feedback and relay it to internal teams for continuous improvement.

General:

• Maintain a detailed record of activities, leads, and conversions.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitors’ field activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in field sales, offline marketing, or a similar role.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel locally.

• Energetic personality with a customer-first mindset.
