he Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers in person. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within a designated territory.
Drive and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify and prospect potential clients through field visits, calls, and online research.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to match their requirements.
Product Knowledge & Demonstrations:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
Close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in mobile applications, software, or technology products.
Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.
Fluency in Hindi and Marathi.
