Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling personal care and beauty product range across Delhi NCR, Noida, and Mathura. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and distribution skills, and the drive to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company’s range of personal care and beauty products to Retailers, Salons, Distributors, and Individual clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collections
Conduct product demonstrations and sampling where required
Maintain market awareness and provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
Submit daily/weekly reports to the sales manager
Requirements:
Prior sales experience is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Passion for personal care and beauty products
Ability to travel locally in Delhi NCR, other regions
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Must have a smartphone and basic knowledge of using apps for reporting
