Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to support our elevator sales operations across the Delhi NCR region. This is a site-intensive, relationship-driven role requiring prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in elevators, real estate, or related technical industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through market visits, builder/contractor contacts, and referrals.

• Client Meetings & Site Visits: Travel regularly to project sites to assess feasibility, understand civil requirements, and pitch elevator solutions.

• Solution Selling: Present technical proposals, specifications, and layouts in coordination with the design and engineering teams.

• Follow-ups & Conversions: Drive deal closures with builders, PMC consultants, facility managers, and purchase heads.

• Documentation & Coordination: Work with internal teams for proposal submissions, BOQs, order confirmations, and installation timelines.

• Market Updates: Keep track of competitor activity, new projects in the region, and pricing trends.

Who Should Apply

• Candidates with 2–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in elevators, real estate products, or infrastructure services.

• Prior exposure to Delhi NCR’s real estate network is a plus.

• Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and civil/technical coordination.

• Must be open to extensive fieldwork and site travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering / Business / Architecture (or relevant fields)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

• Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset
