About the Role:

Are you passionate about meeting new people, closing deals, and working on the go? We’re looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive who can drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and grow our market presence through direct engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Visit prospective and existing customers in your assigned territory

• Promote and sell our products/services in-person

• Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and networking

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback

• Submit daily sales reports and client updates

• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales or a related role

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven

• Ability to travel extensively within assigned region

• Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
