Field Sales Executive / Representative / Officer
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, visiting potential and existing customers, demonstrating products, and closing sales deals. The role involves extensive travel within a specific geographic area to build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
Identify potential customers and generate new leads.
Visit clients in assigned territories to present and promote products/services.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals.
Maintain records of sales and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitor activities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
Report daily or weekly activity and sales performance to management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and adaptability.
Knowledge of the product or industry (e.g., FMCG, pharma, electronics).
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
Prior experience in field sales or a similar role (1-3 years typically preferred).
Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).
Proficiency in using mobile sales tools or CRM software.
Regular travel to meet clients.
Often involves working outdoors or at client locations.
Flexible working hours, sometimes including evenings or weekends.
