Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion & Sales Growth:

  • Proactively identify and onboard new retail outlets (including independent stores and potential Tea Time franchises) as sales points for our diverse range of tea powders.

    Retailer Relationship Management:

  • Regularly visit existing retail partners to ensure optimal product visibility, stock levels, and resolve any operational issues.

• Merchandising & Brand Presence:

  • Ensure effective merchandising and display of Tea Time products at retail counters.

  • Order & Collection Management:

  • Accurately record sales orders and ensure their timely processing and delivery.

• Reporting & Feedback:

  • Maintain detailed records of daily sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
