Field Sales Executive

Job Objective:

To drive sales and expand market presence of the company’s cosmetic FMCG products in the B2B segment by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Business Development:
   
   

   • Identify and approach new B2B clients such as salons, beauty parlors, cosmetic retailers, and distributors.
     
     

   • Conduct product demos and presentations.
     
     

   • Close deals and onboard new clients.
     
     

2. Sales Target Achievement:
   
   

   • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
     
     

   • Execute field sales strategies for assigned territories.
     
     

3. Client Relationship Management:
   
   

   • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure repeat orders from existing clients.
     
     

   • Resolve issues and provide after-sales support.
     
     

4. Market Intelligence:
   
   

   • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product trends.
     
     

   • Provide timely feedback to management for strategic planning.
     
     

5. Reporting and Documentation:
   
   

   • Maintain daily visit reports and client interaction logs.
     
     

   • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
     
     

6. Product Promotion and Branding:
   
   

   • Support in-ground promotional activities and campaigns.
     
     

   • Distribute marketing materials and samples as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Cosmetics)
  
  

• Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience in FMCG or cosmetic products (B2B preferred)
  
  

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  
  

• Self-motivated and target-driven
  
  

• Proficiency in local language and basic English
  
  

Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)
