· Identify prospects by lead generation on the field like reference from CA, existing customers etc.
· Coordinate with pre-sales resource to fix appointments for demos
· Show product/solutions demos by using the appropriate tools & send quotations
· Identify Business needs of the prospect & show how they can be fulfilled in the product demo
· Identify customization/training requirements from the new prospect
· Installation of Tally at new customer site along with basic training
· Conduct basic product training for new customers
· Identify module implementation requirement and generate implementation leads
· Pass any noteworthy feedback to the coordinator and/or owner
