• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.

• Meet clients at project sites and provide detailed information about property features and investment potential.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of real estate projects in the market (especially those promoted by Invest Mango).

• Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up with clients until closure.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure future business and referrals.

• Negotiate and close deals in coordination with the sales team and developers.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.

• Work closely with the marketing and telecalling teams to convert leads into clients.
