As a Field Sales Executive at NEXA, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and closing sales for premium Maruti Suzuki vehicles. This is an on-field role that demands excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.
Visit prospective customers to explain product features, benefits, and offers.
Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for upselling and referrals.
Ensure timely documentation and coordination with internal teams (Finance, Insurance, Delivery).
Attend product training and stay updated on new launches, features, and market trends.
Represent NEXA professionally during events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
