Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven On-Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for promoting and selling products/services through field visits, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers at their premises or business locations.

• Promote and sell company products/services to generate new business.

• Identify prospects, follow up on leads, and convert them into clients.

• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.

• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and customer interactions.

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Gather market intelligence and report customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
