Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Agent – Chennai Only

Location: Chennai (Mandatory)

Salary: ₹15,000/month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives

We’re hiring Field Sales Agents who are street-smart, energetic, and based in Chennai to join our sales team for an exciting B2B SaaS product (link below). If you're someone who enjoys meeting new people and convincing them with demos, this role is for you!

💼 Your Role:

• Visit badminton courts, swimming pools, and other sports & fitness facilities across Chennai

• Pitch and demo our product in-person to owners/managers

• Convert them into paid customers – target: just 22/month

• Follow up on warm leads and cold visits

• Gather insights from the field to improve conversion rates

• Update sales progress and reports daily

✅ Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Chennai (please do NOT apply if you're not)

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Willingness to travel across the city daily

• Prior field sales experience is a bonus
