Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, site visits, and closing property sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

Meet potential clients to present properties and explain features and benefits.

Arrange and conduct site visits with clients.

Maintain good relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions.

Negotiate and close sales deals.

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and other processes.

Maintain daily/weekly reports of field activities and sales performance.

Requirements :

Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in field sales (real estate preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

Own vehicle preferred for field visits.
