• ग्राम स्तर पर जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित करना (फील्ड विज़िट)
• समुदाय, स्कूल और स्थानीय संस्थाओं के साथ समन्वय
• दैनिक/साप्ताहिक रिपोर्ट तैयार करना

• स्नातक (जनसंचार, समाजशास्त्र, सामाजिक कार्य आदि में वरीयता)
• हिंदी और स्थानीय भाषा में अच्छा संवाद कौशल
• कंप्यूटर, सोशल मीडिया और डिजिटल टूल्स का ज्ञान
• स्वतंत्र रूप से काम करने की क्षमता
