Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to acquire customers for Zero Balance Savings Accounts. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer onboarding, document collection, and ensuring account activation through proper KYC compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers in assigned areas to promote and sell zero balance savings accounts.

• Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.

• Collect and verify KYC documents as per RBI & bank guidelines.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly account opening targets.

• Coordinate with backend teams to ensure account activation and resolve any discrepancies.

• Maintain proper MIS/reporting of daily activities and leads.

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers and local community influencers.

• Ensure high levels of compliance and avoid fraudulent account creation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass or graduate (preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in field sales (BFSI preferred).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic understanding of savings accounts and KYC norms.

• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and outdoor marketing.

• Should own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler.
