Job Summary:

UrbanStandz Pvt. Ltd. is looking for proactive and dedicated Field Executives to manage and support on-ground operations. This role involves regular field visits, client coordination, vendor interactions, data collection, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to vendor/client locations for onboarding, verification, or support.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance during onboarding or verification processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams and provide timely updates on fieldwork status.

• Collect and report real-time market data as per company requirements.

• Support execution of marketing or promotional campaigns on ground.

• Handle customer or vendor queries and ensure resolution in a timely manner.

• Conduct periodic audits/checks at partner or vendor locations as instructed.

• Submit accurate daily/weekly reports and documentation.

• Maintain discipline and professional behavior while representing the company.

Requirements:

• 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned city/region.
