Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field visits and check-ins with on-ground staff to ensure attendance and task completion
Monitor and enforce compliance with operational SOPs, safety norms, and client expectations
Handle last-minute absenteeism, no-shows, and dropouts by coordinating with recruitment and backup teams
Provide real-time updates to the Operations Executive and City Manager on field challenges
Train and onboard new field staff as needed; mentor underperforming employees
Report incidents, violations, or safety concerns from the field promptly
Maintain discipline and morale among field teams
Assist during audits or client visits to field locations
