Job Summary:
SnapMoney Finance Pvt Ltd is looking for dynamic and experienced Field Sales Executives to drive home loan sales and other financial products through direct field visits and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of field experience in home loan sales and a strong understanding of the housing finance market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential home loan customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
Promote and sell home loans, personal loans, business loans, and other financial products offered by SnapMoney.
Clearly explain product features, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and terms to customers.
Collect and verify necessary documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with the credit and operations team for timely processing and disbursement.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and generate repeat business through service and follow-up.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.
Submit accurate and timely sales reports and lead tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in Home Loan products is mandatory.
Strong understanding of the mortgage lending process and housing finance products.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
