Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to assigned areas/customers/vendors.

• Generate leads and promote company products/services (if in Sales/Marketing).

• Collect and verify documents or payments (if applicable).

• Handle customer queries and provide on-site support or demonstrations.

• Ensure timely execution of field tasks (e.g., audits, installations, surveys).

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.

• Maintain records of all interactions and transactions done in the field.

• Ensure compliance with company protocols and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Proven experience in a field-based role is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile reporting apps.
