Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and goal-oriented Credit Card Collection Executives (freshers or experienced) to join our collections team. The primary responsibility will be to recover outstanding credit card dues from customers in a professional and customer-friendly manner, ensuring adherence to all company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone calls, SMS, or emails to follow up on overdue credit card payments.

• Negotiate and convince customers to make timely payments or settle overdue balances.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions and payments in the system.

• Follow-up persistently with defaulters and maintain follow-up records.

• Resolve customer disputes or issues regarding payments in a professional manner.

• Coordinate with internal departments for account status, payment updates, and escalations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (such as RBI/collections guidelines).

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum HSC/12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline

• Experience: Fresher can apply; experience in collections/tele-calling/recovery is a plus

• Skills:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

  • Fluency in [local language] and Hindi/English (as per region)
