Field Collection Executive

The Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers in the assigned territory to collect outstanding dues, verify documents, provide support for resolving payment issues, and ensure timely collections in line with company policy.

• Visit customers to collect payments for overdue invoices, loans, or EMIs.

• Ensure proper follow-up and escalation of non-payments or delays.

• Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and customer communication.

• Verify customer addresses and documents as needed.

• Coordinate with the back-office team to resolve customer queries or disputes.

• Submit daily reports on collections and field visits.

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements.

• Maintain professionalism and a customer-friendly attitude during all field visits.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• 1–3 years of field collection or recovery experience preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel extensively within assigned area

• Should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

• Basic understanding of finance or billing processes
