Job Description:

Pran Charitable Trust is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Field Collection Executives for fundraising activities. Your role will be to represent the trust and collect donations through crowdfunding and door-to-door interactions.

This is a target-based role with a rewarding incentive structure. Your performance in the first three months will determine your eligibility for a fixed salary and long-term role.

Salary & Incentives:

💰 ₹12,000 to ₹20,000/month

• Includes performance-based incentives

• Top performers can earn up to ₹25,000+

• Promotion opportunities within 3 months

Working Hours:

🕙 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
