Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Collection Officer (FCO) specializing in Overdue (OD) Loan Collections. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field recovery operations, particularly handling delinquent accounts. This is a field-intensive role requiring excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer premises for recovery of overdue loan accounts (OD cases only).

• Persuade and counsel customers to make timely repayments.

• Negotiate repayment schedules based on company policy.

• Update collection status and submit daily field reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and legal follow-ups.

• Maintain a professional and courteous approach while ensuring recovery targets are met.

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in OD collections (field work).

• Proven ability to recover overdue loans through direct field visits.

• Familiarity with local geography and customer behavior.

• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and documentation skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly collection targets.

Compensation:

As per industry standards + Incentives (based on performance)
