Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads to promote courses.

• Understand student needs and recommend the most suitable course.

• Counsel students on career prospects in:

  • Digital Marketing

  • VFX

  • Animation

  • UX/UI

• Convert leads into enrollments by effectively pitching course benefits.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Participate in marketing and outreach activities such as:

  • Webinars

  • Events

  • Seminars

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all course offerings, fees, and career outcomes.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in education/training sector).

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills (in both Hindi & English).

• Passion for education and helping students build careers.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
