Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.

• Schedule and conduct site visits and follow-up with clients until closure.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties based on their needs and budget.

• Maintain and update property listings, CRM records, and sales databases.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.

• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and close property deals.

• Collaborate with legal, marketing, and customer support teams as needed.
