This role is ideal for professionals passionate about financial products and looking to grow in the fintech industry. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct field visits to acquire new customers for prepaid and postpaid card services. • Promote Tide’s card products and onboard customers through direct sales efforts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and merchants. • Ensure timely activation and usage of issued cards. • Address customer queries and provide after-sales support. • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery. • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall team performance. Requirements: • 1 to 2 years of field sales experience in prepaid/postpaid card services or related financial products. • Candidates with backgrounds in banking, fintech, or financial institutions are preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel across assigned areas in South Delhi & Central Delhi. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Business preferred).
