• Build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and offer suitable financial products.

• Educate customers about product benefits and handle documentation, including KYC.

• Research and apply sales strategies to increase conversions and meet daily/weekly targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.

• Report performance metrics regularly to the sales manager.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with [minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)] and [0.6 to 2 years] of experience in credit card or financial product sales are preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and customer handling skills may also apply.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in engaging with walk-in customers in a retail environment.

• Basic computer knowledge and understanding of sales documentation and digital KYC.
