Job Title: Credit Card Sales Executive (In-Store & Field Sales)

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Credit Card Sales Executives to promote and sell credit card products in both in-store and field sales environments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to confidently engage with customers to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Sales:

• Engage with walk-in pharmacy customers to promote suitable credit card offerings

• Clearly explain card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and usage

• Collect and verify customer documents in accordance with KYC norms

• Ensure proper display of promotional materials and branding at the store

Field Sales:

• Visit residential areas, offices, businesses, and other pharmacies to promote credit cards

• Generate leads through cold calling, footfall engagement, and referrals

• Follow up on potential leads and ensure timely closure of sales

Operational Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and conversions

• Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure timely approvals and onboarding

• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales preferred

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
