Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Education Counselor to guide and enroll students in our training programs. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in and online inquiries, responsible for understanding their career goals and recommending suitable courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about aviation and soft skill courses offered.

• Understand student needs and recommend appropriate programs.

• Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and WhatsApp messages professionally.

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversions.

• Maintain student records and update CRM/database.

• Meet weekly/monthly admission targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and training teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• Fresher to 1 year of experience in counseling, telesales, or customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident in handling students and parents.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools.

• Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate.

Preferred Qualities:

• Friendly, patient, and student-focused approach.

• Target-driven with a positive attitude.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
