Job Title:  Desk Sales Executive

Location: -   Softage Information Technology Limited.204,Trade Corner, Opp Sakina Metro Station Sakinaka Mumbai 400072

1. Administrative Support:

   • Handle administrative tasks such as managing documentation, filing, and maintaining records related to sales and service activities.

   • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and assist in workshops if required.

   • Professional Email writing and should know escalation matrix.

2. Data Management:

   • Collect, organize, and maintain data related to sales and service requests, customer feedback.

   • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, service metrics, customer satisfaction scores.

3. Customer Support:

   • Assist customers with inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.

   • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and inquiries.

4. Sales Support:

   • Support the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and coordination.

5. Service Support:

   • Assist the service team in scheduling appointments, allocating resources, and coordinating.

   • Monitor service processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

6. Quality Assurance:

   • Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures.

   • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferences are -

Compensation:-

• Salary Range – Upto 25K 

• Conveyance Allowance Upto 2000/-

• Regular Attendance Bonus Upto 1500/-

• Monthly Sales Incentive

• Working days- 6 days working (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
