🔧 Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell UPVC doors and windows/Sintex water tanks and storage products. The role involves meeting with builders, real estate developers, and contractors, building strong client relationships, and closing sales.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Visit construction sites and builder offices regularly across assigned areas

• Pitch UPVC / Sintex products to builders, realtors, and contractors

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer support

• Submit daily/weekly reports on visits, client feedback, and sales pipeline

• Attend industry exhibitions, builder meets, and local trade events

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Freshers with good communication and interest in field sales are welcome

• Experience in B2B sales or building material sales is an advantage

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

• Self-motivated, presentable, and target-driven

• Good negotiation and client-handling skills

• Knowledge of the construction industry or building materials is a plus
