Job Title: Collection Executive

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Collection Executive to manage and recover outstanding payments from customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of collection laws and regulations, and a proven track record of collection success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Debt Recovery: Identify and prioritize accounts for collection, and develop strategies to recover outstanding payments.

2. Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other channels to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes.

3. Payment Negotiation: Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and other arrangements with customers to facilitate debt recovery.

4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment arrangements, and collection activities.

5. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on collection performance, including metrics such as recovery rates and customer satisfaction.
