Corporate Tie-ups: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with businesses, HR departments, corporate event managers, and employee engagement teams to promote Maaliondoor products.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target corporate clients for regular gifting needs (employee appreciation, celebrations, corporate events, etc.).
Lead Generation: Generate and qualify new leads, schedule meetings, and present the Maaliondoor product portfolio.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat sales.
Negotiations & Contracts: Lead negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and closing contracts for bulk orders.
Customization and Product Awareness: Understand corporate client needs and recommend customized product offerings (e.g., personalized gifts, themed gift sets).
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving corporate sales initiatives and expanding the client base.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment and excellent customer service for corporate clients.
Market Research: Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to senior management.
