We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive .The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and working closely with marketing to drive business growth.
Identify and acquire potential clients to expand our customer base
Develop outreach plans and follow up on new business opportunities
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and customer needs
Provide insights to refine business strategy
Create and implement sales plans to achieve targets
Monitor performance and adapt strategies to market demands
Build long-term relationships with clients
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Study competitors to understand their strategies
Propose actionable insights to stay ahead in the market
Plan and participate in lead generation events and promotional activities
Coordinate with marketing for execution and support
Work with the marketing team to align efforts
Support campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead conversions
Candidate profile :
B.com is mandatory or MBA finance is preferable
Freshers or experienced(1-3 years )of experience in software products (tally)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong selling and negotiation skills
Rapport building and questioning techniques
Meeting and telephone etiquette
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Internet research and CRM usage
Basic understanding of software and digital tools
Confident and professional demeanor
High energy, persistent, and a go-getter attitude
