Business Manager

Achieve sales targets for auto loans across segments (2W, 3W, 4W, and Commercial Vehicles) within the assigned territory.  Achieve forecasted sales goals  Manage the sales pipeline and source leads  Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.  Meet customers (responsive, schedule conscious, etc) and maintain relationship  Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information  End to end loan sourcing and documentation (filled up application form, KYC verification & Documentation  Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, financiers, and other channel partners.  Generate leads through field visits, dealership interactions, and networking.  Provide accurate and timely information about loan products to customers.  Ensure smooth processing of loan applications by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.  Track and resolve customer queries or issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.  Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

Key Skills & Competencies:  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.  Knowledge of the auto loan industry and local market dynamics.  Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.  Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Qualifications:  Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the auto loans or finance sector.  Familiarity with the automotive sector is an added advantage.
