Job Description

1. Secondary Sales i.e. to appoint dealers & retailers.

2. Need to widen and maintain our dealer-distribution network

3. Organizing promotional activities through Dealer-Painter meeting, Wall-painting, flex board etc.

4. You are responsible to handle the sales of allocated areas.

5. Rs. 210/- per day will be given as T.A & D.A after submission of company DSR & Visit Report as per company norms. Submission of DSR is mandatory per day. If not then salary with T.A & D.A will be calculated according of DSR submission.

6. Minimum Visit- 15 counters/client/day.

7. Only Sunday is holiday

8. Maintaining of DSR per day is mandatory.

9. All visited report should be recorded and maintained in DSR on daily basis

10. DSR should be sent to Corporate Office by next day till 11:00 AM through mail.

11. In case of not submission of DSR then that day will be considered as absent day and hence salary will be calculated accordingly.

12.In case of not visiting of 15 clients, in this case also that day will be considered as absent day.

13. Office sales co-coordinator will call to all visited clients from Corporate Office after receiving of DSR. If any wrong entry and information is found then that working day is also considered as absent day.

14. Your salary will be calculated as per DSR date feeding. Any gap day in DSR will be considered as absent day and that will affect your salary.
