Business Development Manager

Drive sales of Credit Life insurance products through Union Bank of India branches.

- Build strong working relationships with Branch Managers and loan officers.

- Educate and train branch staff on product offerings, processes, and benefits of credit life insurance.

- Generate leads from home loans, auto loans, personal loans, and other lending products

. - Ensure timely login and issuance of policies with accurate documentation. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

- Conduct customer need analysis and provide suitable insurance solutions. - Regular branch visits to increase activation and business contribution.

- Provide post-sale services including policy delivery and resolving customer queries.

- Maintain MIS reports and share updates with reporting manager regularly.
