Designation - Business Development Manager(Credit life channel)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales:

• Drive Credit Life Insurance sales through partner banks and NBFCs.

• Develop new business opportunities with existing and new financial institution partners.

• Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and profitability goals.

2. Partner Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner institutions.

• Conduct regular training sessions and engagement activities for partner sales teams.

• Address partner queries and concerns, ensuring a smooth onboarding and sales process.

3. Operations & Compliance:

• Ensure seamless policy issuance and claims processing in coordination with internal teams.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines set by IRDAI.

• Manage documentation, agreements, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with partners.

4. Training & Development:

• Provide training to partner bank employees on Credit Life products.

• Ensure awareness and skill-building programs for partners to enhance sales effectiveness.
