Business Development Manager

Ram Krishan Industries, a fast-growing automatic rolling shutter manufacturer, is hiring an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to expand our client base across retail brands, architects, and commercial projects in Delhi/NCR and pan-India.

Position:

Business Development Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month + performance-based incentives

Location: B-11, Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase 1, New Delhi

Travel: Required (within Delhi/NCR and occasionally to other states)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach architects, interior designers, and project consultants working with retail brands

• Visit retail brand offices, architect firms, and commercial sites to promote our products

• Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline

• Pitch automatic rolling shutters, high-speed doors, dock levelers, and related solutions

• Develop strong relationships with decision-makers in brand, retail, and fit-out companies

• Travel across Delhi/NCR and other Indian cities for client meetings and business development

• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal, pricing, and order fulfillment

• Maintain CRM, lead tracking, and weekly reporting

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (B2B or construction/retail sector preferred)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable with client visits and regular travel

• Self-driven, ambitious, and passionate about growing in the industrial product/retail project space

• Knowledge of the architecture, retail fit-out, or hardware industry is a plus
