Job Overview:

Maa Pranaam Suvidha Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth of our SME client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new SMEs, promoting financial services from our sister companies, and building strong client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to start a career in business development, especially in financial services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • SME Registration:
    Identify, approach, and onboard small and medium enterprises for CA, CS, and compliance-related services.

  • Cross-Selling:
    Promote and sell insurance and mutual fund products offered by our sister companies to SMEs and individual clients.

  • Business Development:
    Design and implement strategies to expand the client base across all companies within the group.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and service retention.

  • Target Achievement:
    Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for SME registrations and cross-selling financial services.


Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.

  • Experience:
    0–1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in financial services, insurance, or related sectors.

  • Fresher

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
