Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Agent Recruitment:

  Develop new sources for hiring agents and build a team of qualified individuals. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Ensure agents have a thorough understanding of Max Life Insurance products and training methods. 

• Field Demonstrations (FODs):

  Conduct field demonstrations and provide guidance to agents. 

• Agent Management:

  Work closely with agents on planning, reviewing their activities, and setting goals. 

• Sales Targets:

  Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plan targets. 

• Product Mix:

  Ensure the company's product mix sales ratio is maintained and business norms are adhered to. 

• Customer Service:

  Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally, adhering to Max Life Insurance standards. 

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Hold regular customer meetings to understand their needs and product requirements. 

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate/Post Graduate and Good experience in sales. 

Additional Skills:

Leadership and coaching skills, Ability to identify and leverage team members' expertise, Customer-centric mindset, Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
