Business Development Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth across all seven branches.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in the areas of homeopathy and aesthetic services.

- Lead the sales | tele calling team in achieving and exceeding targets across specific regions.

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

- Conduct market research to understand local dynamics and tailor strategies accordingly.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

*Additional Responsibilities by Branch:*

- Bangalore - Jayanagar, Malleshwaram, Indiranagar:

- Foster partnerships with local businesses and professionals.

- Organize and participate in community events to enhance brand visibility.

- Mysore:

- Develop strategies to tap into the local healthcare market.

- Coordinate with local medical professionals for collaborative initiatives.

- Davanagere, Hubli, Belgaum:

- Expand the clinic's presence in these regions through strategic alliances.

- Monitor and adapt to the unique market dynamics of each location.

Branch visits

Bangalore branch visit- 2 days in every branch in a week

Out of Bangalore branch visit- Once in a month visiting all the 4 branches.
