Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and lead conversion within the assigned territory.

• Establish and manage a distribution network in target cities.

• Train and equip distributors and their teams on product and domain knowledge.

• Organize and conduct meetings with potential customers.

• Plan and execute promotional events to boost product visibility and engagement.

• Monitor daily sales activities and submit regular MIS reports to Head Office.

• Meet targets for distributor onboarding, sales volume, and monthly marketing activities.

• Focus on acquiring new customers unfamiliar with Datacomp products.
