Responsibilities:-
· Market research, positioning, prospecting and identifying appropriate business development plans.
· Customer database: Development and Analysis.
· Maintain excellent public relations with external customers and interact with internal customers to ensure the delivery of the promised services to the customers.
· To react on expansion and growth plans in response to market dynamics.
· Preparation of targets and ensuring the compliance through the B.D. team.
· Increase in business volume. Monthly, Quarterly and yearly comparisons.
· Periodical Review of the targets and move upward from time to time.
· Stabilize good and meaningful relationship with customers, Companies
· Responsible for territory management & target setting and marking for certain assigned areas / market feedback.
· Collect market information and devise suitable strategies to improve the performance.
· Create a network base for the implementation of program’s / Mailers
· Periodic database updation.
· Keep track about the market competitors and technology
· Carry out staff functions for the Business Development department.
· Establish co-ordination and communication with all departments and get information, collect data and also feedback the market analysis to the departments.
· Ensure that the functioning is smooth and cordial in the department.And any other jobs assigned by the superiors as per exigencies of work.
· Prepares monthly report giving details about the number of companies from which Executive’s area and the out of them how many have come voluntarily without any references.
