Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Loans & Collections
Location: karnataka , Mysore , mandya , bangalore

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Loans, Collections, or Financial Services)
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads for personal/business loans.

• Meet potential clients to understand their loan requirements.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation to customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal.

• Follow up on overdue accounts and assist in collections process.

• Maintain daily reports and achieve monthly sales & collection targets.

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in loans, recovery, or financial product sales.

• Strong communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

• Ability to convince clients and handle objections effectively.

• Knowledge of financial documents and loan processing preferred.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
