Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, industry exhibitions, and referrals. ● Qualify leads and assess their potential for business opportunities. ● Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new clients and partners.Actively network within the real estate industry and attend relevant events to increase market presence . ● Meeting Scheduling & Management:Schedule meetings with qualified leads, ensuring proper follow-up and timely communication.Prepare and organize meeting agendas, ensuring all necessary documentation and resources are ready. ● Client Meetings:Attend meetings with potential clients (individuals, companies, investors, etc.) to discuss their real estate needs and offer solutions.Cultivate relationships and build trust with potential clients during meetings to move opportunities forward. ● Sales & Negotiations: Conduct sales presentations, negotiate agreements, and close vendor relationships for PAN India services. ● Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. ● Strategic Business Development: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement business strategies to meet sales targets and expand the company’s market presence. ● Networking & Partnerships: Attend industry events, conferences, and business meetings to build a strong professional network and explore new partnerships. ● Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights on business development activities
Key Requirements ● Young, energetic, and presentable. ● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and other sales tools. ● Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. ● Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets. ● Willingness to travel as required ● Experience in conducting in-person business meetings will be considered a plus
